Success for the Rainbow Chorus includes the following:

  • performing concerts that are entertaining and meaningful for ourselves and our audiences;

Thank you for your support!

We are currently, at the first 2-3 rehearsals each term, accepting members for all sections (soprano, alto, tenor and bass). We are especially seeking male tenors and basses.

Although there are no auditions, you will be asked to sing for our Artistic Director for vocal placement.

The Rainbow Chorus divides its season into two terms:
September to January: concert performance in late January
January to June: concert performance in late May

Rehearsals
Wednesdays 7:30-9:30pm
Harcourt United Church, 87 Dean Ave. Guelph www.harcourtuc.ca
There will be at least one all day rehearsal on a Saturday in each term.

Fees
All singing members must pay a refundable music deposit of $25.00
Membership dues are currently $95.00 per term.

Memory Work
We sing all concerts off-book which requires the memorization of up to 15 pieces of music each term. To assist with memorization, all chorus members receive practice CDs which include each song with your part highlighted and then a second version with all parts.

Where do I start?
